How do I book a cleaning service?

All you have to do is visit the booking page, enter your relevant details, and within 60 seconds you’re on the way to have a clean home! We’ll stay in touch with you confirming the appointment and arrival time. You can also call us at 252-564-2573

Are your cleaners pet friendly?

Definitely! We’re a pet friendly cleaning service. That being said, we do recommend keeping your wonderful pets in a separate area during the clean, this will help us stay focused on getting an excellent job done.

Do we have to be home?

Completely up to you. It’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just leave us a key, (or keypad code) and we’ll get your house cleaned. Hatteras Island Cleaning is here to make your life easier!

Trust and Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All our cleaners are thoroughly vetted, insured, bonded, and reference-checked. We conduct in-person interviews to everyone we bring on-board. Your privacy and security is our #1 priority.

What if things go wrong during my clean?

From the moment you book your cleaning to the day it is completed, Hatteras Island Cleaning staff are in direct contact with you from start to finish. Our customer support team ensures everything goes super on the day of your cleaning, and are easily accessible if you ever have any questions or concerns. If anything goes wrong, we will be in direct contact with you.

Day of the Cleaning

Do you bring your own tools and supplies?

Our cleaners bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you prefer us to use your own cleaning supplies and tools, we can accommodate that as well.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

After the cleaning is performed, you will be receiving a survey asking you to rate our service. If you’re not happy, please send us photos of the uncleaned areas and we will offer a re-clean, future discount, or partial refund (depending on the situation). Your happiness is our #1 priority.

We have several forms of payment that we accept including cash, paypal, Zelle, cashapp
