About Us
Hatteras Island's Trusted Property Care Team
We're a local crew that knows these properties — and this island — inside and out.
Services Built for Hatteras Vacation Rentals
Hatteras Island Cleaning & Maintenance started with a simple idea: vacation rental owners deserve a team they can actually trust. We're locals on Hatteras Island, and we've watched this island become one of the most sought-after destinations on the East Coast.
We started small — a few properties, a truck, and a commitment to doing things right. Today we serve dozens of property owners across Hatteras Island, from Rodanthe to Hatteras Village, handling everything from turnover cleans to full property management.
What hasn't changed is our approach: show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat every property like it's our own.
